Loyalty card services are a way of recognizing the loyalty and support of our loyal customers. With our loyalty card, you can enjoy valuable benefits and advantages every time you shop in our store.

Ventiņkarte is a loyalty program of JSC Diāna. By creating Ventiņkarte we want to support our independent customer who regularly shops in Diāna, Citro and Mājai un Dārzam stores.

Ventiņkarte is eligible for us at Citro and Mājai un Dārzam shops in Ventspils.

Ventiņkarte holders can accumulate a 6% discount when shopping with us regularly. The initial discount for all Ventiņkarte holders is 1%, which can be boosted to 6% with regular purchases and when the monthly threshold is reached.

How to get this card??

  • Ask for the card at the cashiers of Citro (JSC Diāna) and Mājai un Dārzam shops in Ventspils.
  • Fill in the questionnaire in the shop at the checkout, or the electronic questionnaire below.
  • If you fill in the form electronically, you will need to collect your Ventiņkarte from one of the nearest stores.

  • The above is the information and confirmations collected by the Data Controller from the Data Subject (from the customer – natural person, rather than the company) when filling out the questionnaire.

Terms and conditions of Ventiņkarte loyalty program

1. Ventiņkarte (hereinafter referred to as VK) is a loyalty program of JSC Diana.

2. VKs are issued to persons who have filled in the questionnaire and read the terms of use of the Ventiņkarte loyalty program.

3. VKs can be used at CITRO and Mājai un Dārzam stores in Ventspils. The latest list of stores participating in the VK loyalty program is available on the JSC Diāna website www.diana.lv.

4. The initial discount for all VK holders is 1%; if during a month purchases are made with VK for a total amount of EUR 70.00 – 139.99, then the next month’s discount is increased to 2%. Similarly, if the amount is €140.00 – €209.99, the discount is 3%, if €210.00 – €279.99, then 4%, if €280.00 – €419.99, then 5%, if over €420.00, then 6%. The VK discount applied is not cumulative with other discounts and/or loyalty card discounts.

5. The amount of the purchase is accumulated in the current month in order to apply the discount for the following month.

6. If the purchase amount in a month does not reach the threshold, a discount one level lower is applied in the following month. The discount level is recalculated on the 2nd working day of each month.

7. The discount is not eligible when purchasing tobacco products, discounted goods, gift cards, products marked with a % and services provided by third parties (top-up of prepaid cards, payment of invoices, etc.).

8. In the event of loss of the VK, the employer and/or the card issuer must be informed at: ventinkarte@diana.lv

9. The accumulated purchase amount and discount level are listed on the electronic cash register check.

10. The processing of personal data of JSC Diana program members is carried out for the purpose of keeping records of loyalty program members and their transactions, market research, as well as making individual commercial offers to those customers who have agreed to receive such offers.

11. Special offers and information of interest will be sent to the e-mail address or mobile phone number provided. The personalised commercial offers will be made to persons of legal age.

12. JSC Diāna, reg.no 41203000447, as the Personal Data Controller, confirms that personal data will be used in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. At the same time JSC Diāna informs that personal data may be transferred to JSC Diāna’s partners who participate in the implementation of the VK loyalty program.

13. JSC Diāna, as the Personal Data Controller, informs that you have the right to obtain information about the collected data, to request correction/deletion of information, as well as to refuse from participation in the loyalty program. In order to delete the data, fill in the “Application for deletion of data”, available at www.diana.lv/privatumapolitika1.pielikums, by sending the form by post to JSC Diāna, Andreja iela 5, Ventspils, Latvia, LV-3601 or by e-mail, signing the respective request with a secure electronic signature and sending it to the following e-mail address: diana@diana.lv.

14. JSC Diāna terms and conditions may be changed or the loyalty program terminated by giving at least 2 months’ notice by posting notices in stores, on the website www.diana.lv or by sending an email to the email address provided. Information sent by e-mail is deemed to have been received on the next working day.

15. Loyalty members are obliged to provide truthful information when completing the questionnaire and to agree to the terms and conditions of the loyalty program.
